Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed page, and time. Aggregate patterns help maintain the service and show which pages are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools when applicable.
How We Use Data
Limited data supports site operation, error repair, traffic counts, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, sections 501.701 through 501.722, Florida Statutes, grants covered consumers rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs when a covered controller holds their data. Because we retain very little, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Florida, Miami-Dade County, or Cutler Bay offices remain under each custodian's control and must be addressed there.
Policy Changes
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision indicates acceptance of the new policy.
